Flavours
Here are my best-selling flavour combinations. Want to mix and match? Go for it! Want something completely different? Just ask! All of these flavours are available as cupcakes or tiered cakes.
Salted Caramel
A delicious caramel flavoured sponge paired with homemade caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream. Not a fan of the salt, no problem, I'll leave it out.
Lotus Biscoff
A lightly spiced sponge topped with Lotus Biscoff buttercream, drizzled with Lotus Biscoff Sauce and topped with biscuit crumbs.
Lemon Drizzle
A delicate lemon flavoured sponge topped with a zingy lemon buttercream and drizzled with lemon curd.
Chocolate Orange
A moreish chocolate orange flavoured sponge paired with a punchy chocolate orange buttercream.
Cookies and Cream
A vanilla sponge filled with chunks of Oreo biscuits (and a whole biscuit at the bottom if it's a cupcake), topped with speckled Oreo buttercream and dark chocolate drizzle.
Chocoholic
A rich chocolate sponge paired with chocolate buttercream and topped with your choice of chocolate.
The Traditionalist AKA. Vanilla
A light vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream (and strawberry jam in a tiered cake)
Coffee and Walnut
A heavenly coffee and walnut sponge coupled with a smooth coffee buttercream and garnished with walnuts.
